I pray that everyone’s Sunday was a Blessed one….. I just want to say that this Challenge has been truly amazing and I have met some amazing women in the past 3 days. People are blessed by this challenge and I hope you are blessed too.
Today’s Word is: Anxiety
Let me say that this is something I struggle with A LOT…. I worry about every thing and sometimes I hate that about myself. However, as I encourage you I am encouraging myself as well..
When you worry it will weigh you down, it will make you feel like there’s nothing else to lean on…. Don’t let the pressures of life get you down. Dwell on the word of God and allow it to uplift your spirit and if that doesn’t work go to watch inspirational clips by different preachers, play your favorite music. Whatever you need to do to make yourself not worry, Do it. Don’t allow the devil to win. You are more than a conqueror!
We don’t know what tomorrow holds so let’s be anxious for nothing, cheer up, and allow today to be our best day!
This hit home- it wasn't until recently where my anxiety has skyrocketed! It could have stemmed from different opinions on what my wedding should be from various family & friends.. anxiety is very frustrating but you're right, we can't let the devil win.

Hey, Martina! Nice to "meet you". I'm stopping by from The Sisterhood over at This Southern Girl's Heart…
I struggle with anxiety, too. I've learned that it all boils down to the fact that I don't trust God as much as I say I do. I mean, I strive to… but, sometimes my flesh takes over. Of course, this struggle will continue until we get to heaven.
Also… I scrolled down a few posts and listened to your hubby's music. He's got an amazing singing voice and a great style. My hubby is a worship leader, too, so we have that in common!
P.S. I'm your newest follower. I'd love to have you visit me at http://www.domesticblissdiaries.com and, if you like what you read, stick around by following along. 😉
I love this! Such encouraging words I need to tell myself daily…and then repeat them all day long. I really struggle a LOT with worrying and anxiety. Thank you for sharing and I cannot wait to read more!! God Bless
Yes, anxiety is very frustrating! Btw- Don't let your family and friends decide what "your" wedding should be. They can give ideas but its ultimately up to you and your fiance. Weddings can be very stressful but at the end of the day its your wedding and if you let people decide everything about your day, you might look back on it and regret it.
I verse I always remember when I'm tempted to worry is "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God." He cares for us so much that we really have no reason to worry.
